Phase 2 of Duke Kunshan University's residential facilities, opened in 2023, includes 9 new buildings with approximately 2,100 beds, study spaces, social lounges, kitchenettes, and several classrooms. Undergraduates will occupy 8 of these buildings, organized into 4 courtyards, while graduates will occupy 1 building and the SRH. The buildings offer traditional-style rooms for undergraduates and apartment-style rooms for graduates. The cost of living is $5,510.
