HKBU is one of Hong Kong's eight public universities funded by the University Grants Committee. It has over 13,000 students, 43.2% of them non-local; 8,000+ undergraduates and 5,000+ postgraduates. Teaching is in English, with humanities, creative and science programs on a single campus in Kowloon Tong.

The campuses are in green Kowloon Tong, minutes from Kowloon Tong MTR station. Hong Kong is Asia's financial hub with English-medium teaching, high safety and excellent connectivity.
Student residence halls are on the Baptist University Road Campus next to the main campus: four halls — Ching-Ling Soong Hall, Chen-Ning Yang Hall, Shu-Ren Zhou Hall and Yuan-Pei Cai Hall.

Hall life is part of the learning experience: student activities, floor communities and mixed living of local and international students. Fees are reviewed annually.
Scholarships of up to USD 124,000 for the whole study period. No separate application — candidates are selected from admission results.

Full, tuition and half scholarships are renewable annually for the normal programme duration with satisfactory performance. Early Round applications (by November 16, 2026) improve the chances.
