The student housing is divided into three main sectors (yuan):
New South Campus (Xin Nanyuan / 新南苑): The most modern sector with 11-story buildings equipped with elevators. It houses students from the faculties of Rehabilitation, Pharmacy, and Medical Equipment.
South Campus (Nanyuan / 南苑): Features solid basic infrastructure and well-maintained rooms.
North Campus (Beiyuan / 北苑): A traditional sector that undergoes regular renovations of showers and living spaces.
Living Conditions and Amenities
Room Type: Standard placement is 4 people per room with loft-style beds (bed on top, desk and wardrobe underneath).
Equipment: Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a fan, and a private balcony.
Bathrooms: In the New South Campus, toilets, sinks, and showers are located on every floor. Showers in new buildings have individual partitions, and hot water is available without strict time limits.
Laundry: Washing machines are provided every 3–4 floors (payment is usually made via coins or mobile apps).
Security: A curfew (usually until 11:00 PM) and a secure entry system are in place.

Cost: Rates typically range from 900 RMB/month for a bed in a double room to 1,500 RMB/month for a single room.
Amenities: International student rooms usually feature private bathrooms and wired internet access.
