The student dormitories at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) Phase One consist of seven buildings, accommodating approximately 3,500 students. The dormitories offer three types of rooms: multi-bedroom suites, 1B1B units, and Studios. The multi-bedroom suites are available in 6-bedroom, 7-bedroom, and 8-bedroom units, while married students, graduate students, doctoral students, and those requiring ADA accessibility can apply for 1B1B units or Studios. The dormitories also feature a psychological consultation station, a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, and well-equipped common areas, including a spacious living and dining room, kitchen with essential appliances, and private bedrooms with good privacy.
The 8-bedroom suite is available for 580 RMB per person per month, while the 6-bedroom suite costs 630 RMB per person per month. For those preferring a more private living space, the studio is available for 850 RMB per person per month, and the suite is priced at 1100 RMB per person per month.
