Campus & Location The main campus spans over 60 hectares amid the picturesque hilly surroundings of Clear Water Bay. Due to the sloped terrain, buildings are built on separate terraces carved into the hillside — academic facilities occupy the upper terraces, while residential halls and sports facilities sit at the seafront. The terraces are connected by a network of footbridges and elevators known as Bridge Link.
Library The five-storey library offers 24-hour access and commands a stunning view of the sea, making it the most popular spot on campus for students. It holds over 700,000 books, periodicals, microfilms, and 100 electronic databases, along with computer labs and a language-learning centre.
Student Life & Facilities On campus, students have access to banks, medical clinics, a supermarket, postal services, a hair salon, a souvenir shop, and a variety of Asian and Western dining options. Additional amenities include conference rooms, quiet study areas, karaoke and music rooms, a darkroom, and a performance stage. Recreational facilities include seaside swimming pools, fitness centres, tennis courts, an athletic track, and a football pitch.
Accommodation Undergraduate halls of residence are located at the seafront level of the campus. The latest additions include Undergraduate Halls VIII and IX. The campus provides on-site housing for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
